THE CORE9 FOUNDER
As a former gymnast, expeditioner and Ex world-series adventure racing athlete, Craig’s personal and professional life focused on performing at elite levels and pushing the boundaries of performance and personal excellence. Craig went on to captain the Australian team in the Adventure Racing World Championships and is now a sort after advisor and advanced training and performance consultant to elite sporting teams, business owners, and some of the most elite and specialised units within the Defence Force.
Craig bought his their lifetime of training and fitness expertise to the world. The Fitness Formula and the Core9 Business model was born of the need to provide accessible fitness expertise combined with a social commitment towards helping Veterans, athletes and those alike, transition over to “civilian life and into a successful business vehicle. Collectively, Craig and the Core9 Network now share their passion and professional fitness expertise to the wider community. Through their Gymnastic and Special ops military-inspired training programs and “No Excuses Mindset, “they have all positively course corrected the lives and wellbeing of thousands.
